Mixed Feelings About This Stay

faulty air conditioning cold pastries
I found a few issues that bothered me. The air conditioning in the room did not work properly. It was either too hot or too cold, no happy medium was available. Breakfast room service was a mess. I got the wrong dish and things were missing. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring the missing items. The pastries were cold and inedible too.

Satisfactory Visit

valet parking quick bag drop great food little space air conditioning unreliable tv
Valet parking worked well. Bags went to the room quickly. The car also went to the garage. I enjoyed a free afternoon as a result. I ate twice in the Rise restaurant. The food and service from Jack pleased me.
I found very little space for clothes. Air conditioning was either freezing or suffocating. The TV was not always reliable. I had issues with the shower. It caused me to miss my train. It also incurred extra expense.
